English Instructor _ Online
(Part time / Full time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Assess students performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and motivation.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- TEFL / TESOL certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching English to non-native speakers (minimum 1 year is a plus).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students.
