This is a full-time on-site role for an English Recruiter based in Qesm El Maadi. The English Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes regularly collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers
• Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment within an international organization is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
