We are seeking an experienced English Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities and attract top talent to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing to offer stage)
- Screen and assess candidates in English
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in BPO/Call Center)
- Excellent English proficiency (B2C1+)
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
