This is an on-site contract role located in Cairo. The English Speaker - B1 will be responsible for engaging with clients and customers on a daily basis to support and address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves delivering customer service excellence, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following established procedures to achieve key performance targets.

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher for effective communication
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality support
• High school diploma or equivalent education
