Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture and IT Governance Specialist with 3–8 years of experience to support the development and alignment of IT strategy with business objectives. The role involves designing enterprise architecture frameworks, enhancing IT governance practices, and ensuring the efficiency and scalability of systems and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Design and maintain enterprise architecture aligned with business strategy
- Ensure alignment between IT systems and organizational goals
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives
- Provide architectural guidance for new IT solutions and projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Support decision-making through analysis and reporting of IT performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, or Solution Architecture
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF is a plus)
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
