Job Description:
As the EPC Sales Manager at IBSF you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, securing new projects, and ensuring accurate estimations for steel structural and PEB solutions. You will work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the EPC industry & Turnkey project.
- Responsible to secure RFQ's related to EPC & turnkey projects for all industrial & commercial projects.
- Responsible to achieve EPC /Turnkey projects target within the budget.
- Build and develop good business relationship with consultants & end clients in different disciplines /areas inside KSA in order to qualify IBSF & secure the RFQs on time.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the EPC industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for our services.
- Generate leads, respond to inquiries, and lead the preparation of building complete proposals to win new projects.
- Collaborate with the engineering, subcontractors, procumbent & suppliers to ensure that estimates are aligned with project feasibility and timelines.
- Review and refine estimation output to improve accuracy and competitiveness.
- Provide valuable input during project planning to optimize cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities and emerging markets to expand our positioning as EPC contractor.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and client communications.
- Generate regular reports to track sales performance, revenue growth, and project win rates.
- Follow up with the construction, project control & project management team to oversight the work progress during execution , maintain the set profit, secure the variation order of any & support in collecting the payments on time.
- Attending important meetings with client during the project execution once needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in EPC & Turnkey projects sales within the steel structural and PEB industries.
- An expert in the field of Business Development and Sales in the areas of industrial and commercial EPC and turnkey projects including structural steel and pr engineered steel buildings, Civil, Finishing & MEP with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Strong technical, estimation & costing skills in the areas of industrial and commercial EPC and turnkey projects including structural steel and pr engineered steel buildings, Civil, Finishing & MEP.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
