Odoo Sales Manager (Team Lead)
Job Purpose
The Odoo Sales Development & Key Accounts Manager is responsible for leading the Odoo sales function, building and managing a specialized sales team, generating new business opportunities, and developing existing client accounts. The role combines sales leadership, business development, and account management to drive sustainable growth and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans for Odoo products and services.
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Generate new leads through direct sales, partnerships, and market outreach.
Lead presales activities in collaboration with technical and implementation teams.
Manage and grow key client accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build, coach, and manage a dedicated Odoo sales team.
Define and monitor sales KPIs and ensure performance targets are met.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Lead negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B solution selling and consultative sales skills.
Proven experience in ERP or Odoo sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
CRM management experience (Odoo CRM preferred).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Experience & Qualifications
510 years of total sales experience.
24years of direct experience in ERP / Odoo / enterprise software sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Odoo or ERP-related certifications are a plus.
