This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Sales Account Manager, located in Qesm El Ahram. The ERP Sales Account Manager will oversee fostering long-term customer relationships, securing leads, and manaing client accounts. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, maintaining communication with prospective and existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires working closely wit teams to develop tailored ERP solutions for clients and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Expertise in Account Management and Lead Generation
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Experience in ERP solutions and software is a preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accountinh,Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
