Role Description
This is a full-time field sales role for a Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for professionally visiting companies, factories, and business owners to generate new leads and acquire clients for GQCL's services.
Core responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients and conducting on-site visits
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting market research and meeting sales targets
- Attending client meetings and preparing proposals
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary
- 10% commission on every closed company/client
- Company-provided mobile line with prepaid credit for business use

Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills (lead generation, prospecting, achieving targets)
- Strong field sales experience visiting companies and factories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends
- Knowledge of the sustainability or compliance industry (advantage)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Own car and valid driving license is preferred
