Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Telesales Agent position with WeInsure, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, explaining insurance products, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and consistently achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluency In English Is a MUST.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Customer Support and Sales skills, including lead generation and managing client inquiries
• Ability to participate in Training sessions and quickly adapt to updated product knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or customer relations is advantageous
