ERPNext Functional Implementer (Business Background Preferred)

Role Description

We are looking for a Business-Oriented ERPNext Implementer to join our team in 6th of October, Giza.

This role focuses on understanding business needs and translating them into ERPNext solutions, rather than software development. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, configure ERPNext modules, and ensure successful system adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Gathering and analyzing client business requirements.
2. Mapping business workflows into ERPNext modules (Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.).
3. Configuring ERPNext to align with client operations (no heavy coding required).
4. Supporting ERP implementation cycles from requirement gathering to go-live.
5. Conducting user training sessions and supporting change management.
6. Preparing simple documentation and user guides.
7. Supporting clients post-implementation and ensuring satisfaction.
8. Collaborating with technical teams when customization is required (without being a developer).

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Commerce (Accounting / Management / MIS)
• Business Information Systems
• Basic understanding of business processes (such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, or HR).
• Interest in ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and explain systems to end users.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to ERP systems or ERPNext.
• Internship or training in business systems, operations, or ERP.
• Additional Note
• This role is business-focused and not a software development position.
• ERP knowledge or ERPNext training are encouraged to apply.
