Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our market presence and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Fresh energy, strong communication, and a passion for sales are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Promote and sell Novochem's products to contractors, consultants, and project owners.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product applications.
  • Deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the technical and order management teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Preferable: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Chemical) or Science-related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a relevant field.
  • Medical representatives are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to learn technical products and applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Preference may be given to candidates who own a car.
