Food People have an exciting opportunity for an Events Manager to join a dynamic hospitality operator in Dubai. This role is ideal for a creative, energetic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering premium, experience-led events. You will play a key role in shaping and executing a best-in-class events programme aligned with a luxury brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy and calendar aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and deliver a wide range of events, from concept through to delivery and post-event analysis.
- Act as the main point of contact for inbound event enquiries, managing client relationships from brief to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to ensure seamless event execution and brand alignment.
- Drive creative ideation for events, ensuring experiences are innovative, engaging, and aligned with a premium/luxury positioning.
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and external partners to deliver high-quality events within agreed parameters.
- Work cross-functionally to integrate events into broader marketing campaigns and brand activations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Analyse event performance, track KPIs, and continuously improve future programming.
- Stay ahead of market trends within hospitality, fitness, and lifestyle to keep the events offering fresh and competitive.
Key Ingredients
- Proven experience in events management within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury-driven environments.
- Strong background in both event planning and marketing/brand activation.
- Experience working with or alongside luxury brands is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage an events calendar and programme strategy.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to handle inbound enquiries and convert opportunities.
- Highly creative with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
