We are currently looking for Events & Partnerships Coordinator supports the execution of Amouage's global community activations and partnership initiatives.

Your Mission

Working closely with the Community, Events & Partnerships Senior Manager, the role ensures the seamless organization and delivery of community-focused events, including global press events, industry moments, and distributor-led activations. It also supports the coordination and day-to-day management of key cultural and community partnerships.

This is a highly organized, detail-driven role focused on operational excellence, ensuring that all activations and collaborations are delivered with precision, consistency, and alignment with the House's High Perfumery standards.

Your Impact

Responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of global events and partnerships, ensuring all logistical, operational, and administrative elements are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

1. Global Community Events & Activation Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of global community-driven events, including:
  • Global press events
  • Industry events
  • Distributor-led activations
  • Boutique and community gatherings
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects, including:
  • timelines and run-of-show documents
  • product allocation and shipments
  • vendor coordination and briefing
  • guest list management and RSVP tracking
  • Ensure alignment across relevant internal teams (Communications, Brand, Retail, Hospitality, Sales) for seamless delivery.
  • Support on-site execution of events when required, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail.

2. Partnerships Coordination

  • Support the day-to-day management of key community and cultural partnerships
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and communication with partners.
  • Assist in preparing partnership materials, agreements, and activation plans.
  • Track partnership outputs and ensure alignment with agreed objectives.

3. Market & Distributor Support

  • Act as a coordination point for markets and distributors on event-related requests.
  • Support the rollout of activation toolkits and guidelines.
  • Track and follow up on market activations to ensure consistency and reporting.

4. Product & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate product shipments for events, activations, and partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of product allocations and deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure product availability and readiness.

5. Budget & Administrative Support

  • Support tracking of event and partnership budgets.
  • Assist with vendor management, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain organized documentation and reporting for all activations.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Compile post-event reports, including participation, feedback, and key learnings.
  • Track activation outputs and partnership deliverables.
  • Maintain structured records of events and partnerships across markets.

Your Expertise

  • 2–4 years of experience in events coordination, PR, marketing operations, or partnerships
  • Experience in luxury, fragrance, culture, or hospitality sectors preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience coordinating events or activations across multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with vendor and logistics coordination
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset
  • Comfortable with travel and on-site event support.
