We are supporting our client, a large well established organization in Abu Dhabi to hire a an Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, board sessions, and high-level stakeholder engagements
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare briefing packs, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Support preparation for board meetings and executive committee sessions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- Experience within local government, semi-government, or large corporate organisations is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
