About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications.
  • Organize travel arrangements and expense reports when required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups across teams.
  • Support project coordination and administrative activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
