Job Description

A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an Executive Assistant for their Riyadh office.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Regional Head.
  • Manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks ensuring deadlines are being met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence as needed.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a similar role. Pharmaceutical / FMCG or Healthcare related industries.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
