We specialize in online interactive courses within the engineering field, offering customized programs tailored to the specific needs of individuals, corporations, and academic institutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Coordinator at our Giza branch. We are looking for the Engine of our operations, a highly organized professional who will serve as the primary link between our expert instructors, our team, and our valued trainees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Course Coordination: Oversee and coordinate courses schedules and instructor timelines.
  • Trainees Support: Act as the primary point of contact for trainees, ensuring a professional learning journey.
  • Digital Operations: Manage live session logistics, including links, data sharing, and maintain Lectures databases.
  • Certification & Records: Managing the certification process and academic data with high accuracy.
  • Feedback Management: Conduct surveys and collect data to help us continuously improve our services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: +2 years (Fresh graduates with high potential are welcome).
  • Technical: Expert level in MS Office (Excel & Word) is a must.
  • Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations with a professional attitude.
  • Mindset: Organized, committed, and a fast learner.
