Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, and supporting strategic and operational initiatives as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 37 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
