We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO - Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage executive schedules, and facilitate smooth communication across all levels of the organization. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of corporate EPC engineering services and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support in strategic planning, research, and data analysis as required.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in EPC or engineering services companies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, email management, and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of corporate procedures and administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
