Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Representative. We are seeking a driven and well-connected Sales Representative to expand our network of external partners including agents, designers, and architects, while building a strong pipeline of direct opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with agents, interior designers, architects, and consultants
• Generate new business through strategic networking, referrals, and partnerships
• Build and maintain a robust direct sales pipeline
• Collaborate closely with our in-house design and materials team to deliver tailored client solutions
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing

What We're Looking For:

• Female preferred, based in Dubai

• Strong network within design, fit-out, or construction industries
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
• Experience working with external partners and stakeholders
