Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, market consultations, and investment presentations.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi's top communities.
• Negotiate offers and close high‑value transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with MCRE's brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Professional presentation and strong client‑facing skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
