We are seeking an experienced and motivated Export Manager to lead our international sales efforts in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing export strategies, managing relationships with international clients, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. This role is crucial to our growth as we expand our market presence globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement export strategies to increase sales in international markets.
- Manage relationships with key international clients and distributors to drive market penetration.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on export performance and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international customers.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or international sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a global context.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
