Job Purpose:

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across SALEHIYA Healthcare facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role ensures that all facility systems—including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, building infrastructure, and utilities—are maintained to the highest standards in alignment with SALEHIYA Healthcare's commitment to elevating the healthcare experience in Saudi Arabia. The supervisor leads a team of technicians, monitors contractor performance, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards to support smooth business and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain all facility core systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical components, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and implement robust preventive maintenance (PM) plans to maximize equipment uptime and minimize operational disruptions across all facilities.
• Ensure all activities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, maintaining full readiness for audits, inspections, and quality checks at all times.
• Manage external service contracts and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality delivery and cost-effective maintenance solutions.
• Assist in CAPEX/OPEX planning by providing technical assessments, cost estimates, and energy-saving recommendations.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team by prioritizing workloads, allocating tasks effectively, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Leverage CMMS and maintenance data to maintain accurate logs (equipment history, inventory) and analyze trends to identify risks and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Identify training needs and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the technical team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.

Minimum Experience:

5-8 years of experience in facility/maintenance.
