Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with proven experience managing service providers in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of building operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including hard and soft services.
- Coordinate and supervise service providers and contractors.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Facilities Manager in UAE
- Proven track record managing service providers.
- Knowledge of UAE facilities management regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.
