Job Purpose
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and reliability of all building systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facilities while meeting client SLAs and KPIs.

Job Purpose
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and reliability of all building systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facilities while meeting client SLAs and KPIs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of MEP systems.
- Supervise contractors and ensure quality of work and HSE compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor asset performance and maintain maintenance records in the CAFM system.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare engineering reports and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality FM services.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of Facilities Management or building maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
