Facility Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage our full facilities operations in El Dabaa location, including our staff housing, hotel apartments, and company rest houses. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with HSE and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilities & Housing Management:

  - Responsible for day-to-day management of company facilities, staff hotel apartments, and accommodation buildings in Dabaa.

  - Ensure all rooms, apartments, and common areas are clean, fully equipped, and ready for occupancy.

  - Manage check-in / check-out, occupancy, and housing allocation for drivers and staff.

- Maintenance & Operations:

  - Supervise all maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) and coordinate with external vendors.

  - Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

  - Manage inventory of facilities supplies, furniture, and equipment.

- Compliance & Safety:

  - Ensure all facilities comply with HSE policy, safety standards, and local regulations.

  - Conduct regular inspections and safety audits and report any issues immediately.

  - Responsible for hygiene, housekeeping quality, and food safety standards in housing.

- Vendor & Budget Management:

  - Manage contracts with cleaning, catering, maintenance, and security providers.

  - Control facilities budget, track expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions.

  - Generate weekly & monthly reports on facility status, occupancy, and maintenance costs.

- Team Management:

  - Lead and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams on site.

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management, with mandatory experience in Hotel Apartments, Staff Housing, or Hospitality Management.

- Previous experience managing accommodation in remote sites / desert locations (Dabaa, Oil & Gas, Construction camps) is a strong plus.

- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

- Proven experience in vendor management, HSE standards, and compliance.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work on-site in El Dabaa with rotational days off.

- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
