Plan, direct, and control joinery and fit-out production operations to achieve on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop factory management, supervisors, and production teams to build a high-performance culture.
Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and senior management to align factory output with project and business requirements.
Oversee procurement strategy, inventory management, and vendor relationships for timber, hardware, finishes, machinery, and consumables.
Ensure optimal utilization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of machinery, equipment, and CNC operations.
Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, material specifications, and production methods to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, craftsmanship, lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and cost control.
Establish and monitor factory KPIs, production schedules, and performance reports to support informed decision-making.
