Banking & Finance - Associate and Senior Associate
Two opportunities with international law firms in Dubai, at both associate and senior associate level
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including syndicated lending, project finance, acquisition finance, and restructuring
- Draft, review, and negotiate finance documents (e.g. facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements)
- Work closely with partners on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and internal teams across international offices
- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales, Australia, or other common law jurisdiction preferred)
- 2–8 years post-qualification experience in banking & finance at a reputable international or top-tier regional firm
- Experience in Middle East preferred but not essential
- Strong technical skills and experience in cross-border transactions
- Commercially minded with excellent drafting and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
