Finance Manager Real Estate
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations for real estate activities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, collections, and payments
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, and audit requirements
- Handle VAT filings, reconciliations, and related documentation
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
- Support management with financial analysis and business decisions
- Supervise and develop the finance team
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (ACCA/CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience, real estate background preferred
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
