About This Role
We are hiring an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company and support executive management with accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning within the asset management industry.
What You Will Do
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and company policies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and management reports.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor variances and provide analysis with recommendations for corrective actions.
Asset & Investment Oversight:
- Track and report on the performance of managed assets and portfolios.
- Coordinate with portfolio management teams to ensure accurate valuation, income recognition, and expense allocation.
- Support investment decision-making with financial modeling and cost-benefit analyses.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company meets its operational and investment obligations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 710 years of progressive finance experience.
- Experience in asset management, investment, or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and Egyptian tax laws.
- Advanced financial analysis and ERP system proficiency.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- CPA certificate is a plus.
