We are looking for a high-caliber Finance Leader on behalf of our client who can drive financial strategy, build robust financial systems, and take ownership of end-to-end financial planning and control across a fast-paced project environment.
This is not a routine accounting role. We want someone who can:
- Lead complex financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
- Design and enforce strong financial governance and internal controls
- Map and manage project-based payment flows and revenue pipelines
- Partner with operations, procurement, and project teams and solve the financial bottlenecks
- Build financial dashboards and decision frameworks for leadership
- Navigate compliance, audits, taxation, and reporting with precision
- Lead transformation using modern tools, automation, and data-driven insights
What We Expect:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience as a finance manager
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance
- Experience in project-based industries such as construction, contracting, EPC, real estate, or manufacturing
- Strong command over financial modelling and strategic planning
- Professional qualification: ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA or CFA
- Leadership mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
