To support our expansion in UAE, we are strengthening our administrative and accounting department to effectively support the growth and operations of our international teams.

Job Description :

Within the Finance & Accounting function, your main responsibility is to oversee, control, and optimize the subsidiary's financial operations and compliance:

Overseeing the full accounting cycle (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, accruals, and provisions)

Ensuring accurate review, validation, and reconciliation of supplier and customer invoices

Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations with the group

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with group standards and local regulations

Preparing statutory accounts and coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities

Ensuring compliance with tax and legal obligations (VAT, corporate taxes, local declarations, reporting deadlines)

Monitoring cash flow, treasury, and payment processes; optimizing working capital

Preparing financial reporting, dashboards, and management indicators for local management and group headquarters

Analyzing financial performance, variances, and risks; providing recommendations to management

Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Maintaining and improving accounting procedures, internal controls, and documentation

Acting as the key finance contact for internal stakeholders, service providers, banks, and external partners

Supporting operational teams on financial topics and ensuring correct financial treatment of transactions

Contributing to process automation and system improvements within finance and accounting

Supervising and mentoring junior accounting or administrative staff (if applicable)

PROFILE

Education

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Business Administration (Bachelor's or Master's level)
  • Professional accounting qualification is a strong asset (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA, DEC, or local equivalent)

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Proven experience in a accountant, finance manager, or similar position
  • Experience in a subsidiary, SME, or international group environment is highly valued
  • Solid background in statutory accounting, closing, and tax compliance
  • Prior exposure to audits and interactions with external auditors and tax authorities

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of general accounting, tax, and financial reporting
  • Good knowledge of local GAAP; knowledge of IFRS or group reporting standards is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP / accounting systems and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
