Role Description

We are looking for a commercially-minded Finance Manager to steer their regional operations in the UAE.

This is a pivotal role for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique financial architecture of the tourism world

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, monitoring, reporting, and managing financial risks of the organization. Key tasks include preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. Collaboration with internal teams to align financial operations with business goals will also be a key part of this

The Role:

• Strategic Oversight: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Middle East region.
• Commercial Insight: Partner with the commercial team to optimize margins and analyze travel trend data.
• Operational Excellence: Manage complex multi-currency transactions, regional tax compliance (VAT), and treasury functions.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary link between the regional Arabic-speaking vendors/partners and the global HQ.

The Successful Candidate:

• Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Finance, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Travel, Hospitality, or Aviation.
• Qualifications: CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is highly preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
