Finance Manager (REIT / Real Estate Portfolio)

A well-established REIT / real estate investment platform with a diversified portfolio of assets is seeking a Finance Manager to support its finance and portfolio operations.
You will be responsible for end-to-end finance support across the portfolio, including financial reporting, treasury, and investment-related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports and investor reporting packs
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the portfolio
• Month-end close, reconciliations, and SPV financial management
• Support acquisitions and divestments, including financial due diligence and analysis
• Support loan management, covenant monitoring, and banking coordination

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred)
  
• 8-12 years of relevant experience, ideally within REIT, real estate, or fund management environments
  
• Strong financial reporting and treasury experience
  
• Exposure to investment transactions or asset-level financial analysis
