As part of our expansion, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Ensure timely month-end & year-end closing
- Maintain accurate accounting & management reports
Cash Flow & Escrow (Critical)
- Monitor daily cash flow & bank balances
- Manage escrow accounts with banks & developers
- Track client payments, PDCs & fund allocations
Commission & Revenue Control
- Manage agent/broker commissions
- Ensure payouts meet contractual milestones
- Reconcile sales, contracts & developer statements
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare budgets & forecasts
- Monitor performance vs budget
- Support expansion & cost planning
VAT & UAE Compliance
- Ensure VAT compliance & timely filing
- Coordinate with FTA, auditors & tax advisors
- Comply with UAE laws & accounting standards
Internal Controls & Risk
- Implement strong internal controls
- Oversee approvals, receivables & credit control
- Minimize financial & operational risks
Audit & External Coordination
- Manage audits & statutory filings
- Liaise with banks, developers & regulators
Team Management
- Supervise finance team & set KPIs
- Improve efficiency, accuracy & compliance
Management Support
- Advise management on financial decisions
- Provide financial & strategic analysis
Experience & Qualification
- 58 years finance experience (Dubai real estate)
- Strong knowledge of escrow, commissions & VAT
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
- CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred
- Strong Excel & accounting systems skills
