Finance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and financial operations while supporting strategic decision-making and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and company policies.
Manage audits and tax reporting.
Develop financial forecasts and business models.
Monitor operational costs and profitability.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is preferred.
7+ years of finance and accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Requirements
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and integrity.
Saudi Nationality is required.
