Infigonia Group FZ-LLC is recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee the finance, accounting, tax, compliance and administrative functions across multiple entities within our global structure spanning the UAE and India.
This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the existing accounting team and be expected to get into the details of the books, ensure accuracy, and maintain full control over financial reporting.
Infigonia operates Ecomnia.com, a high-performance advertising technology platform at the forefront of ecommerce.
What are we looking for
- Strong track record in finance roles covering accounting, reporting, tax, and compliance
- Deep understanding of UAE and India financial regulations, tax, and transfer pricing
- Experience managing or overseeing accounting teams
- Strong attention to detail able to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and issues in the books
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations
- Willing to take full ownership of the finance function and drive execution
Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across all entities
- Work closely with the bookkeeping team to ensure accuracy of all entries and reconciliations
- Review financial statements, reports, and cost analyses
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes
- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, receivables, and payables
- Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation across all entities
- Continuously improve financial processes and controls
Tax & Compliance:
- Ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance in the UAE
- Oversee GST and corporate tax compliance in India
- Ensure compliance with ESR, KYC, CRS, FATCA, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage statutory filings, board minutes, and corporate governance requirements
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure full compliance
Group Oversight:
- Consolidate financials across multiple entities
- Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper treatment
- Maintain visibility and control over group financial position
- Support banking relationships and financial account management
Team and execution:
- Oversee and guide the accounting function
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, discipline, and timelines
- Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution
