Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial accounting and reporting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, monthly management reports, and annual budgets.
- Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Drive improvements in reporting timelines and efficiency (e.g., reducing reporting cycle).
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Oversee fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset verification.
- Manage payroll accounting and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Ensure proper management of sub-ledgers (AR, AP, Cash Management, Purchasing).
- Lead VAT implementation and compliance, including submissions to ZATCA.
- Manage Zakat and corporate income tax filings, ensuring compliance and tax optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with SOCPA and IFRS standards, including transition and reporting alignment.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors, ensuring clean audit outcomes.
- Develop financial models and cash flow forecasts to maintain liquidity, support planning, and meet lender reporting and covenant requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives to improve profitability.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Oversee utilization of credit lines, ensuring optimal funding structure and cost of capital.
- Monitor compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements, ensuring timely submissions to lenders.
- Prepare and present financial information required by lenders (e.g., cash flow forecasts, financial ratios, covenant reports).
- Evaluate financing options to support business expansion and liquidity needs.
- Coordinate with lenders on working capital facilities, guarantees, and trade finance instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of all financing agreements and ensure proper accounting treatment in line with IFRS.

- Proven ability to shorten reporting cycles and improve efficiency.
- Track record of clean audit reports (internal & external).
- Experience in profitability improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in VAT, Zakat, and tax compliance in KSA.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, SOCPA, ACCA).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in IFRS and SOCPA frameworks.
