Finance Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Finance Manager to be based in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Leading the financial planning process and providing leadership to the finance organization.
• Promoting financial reporting & forecasting accuracy.
• Providing business and financial guidance to the team to ensure that operational results are achieved.
• Ensuring alignment of the financial forecast to the production forecast by working with production & sales teams.
• Developing the financial information system and managing the operating plan cycle.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to KSA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of Finance experience, preferably within the FMCG/Pharmaceuticals industry.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, controlling, and business partnering.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
