Job Title: Finance Manager

Salary: SAR 22,000 28,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading international digital consulting organization is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee its financial operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is suited to a commercially focused finance professional with strong technical expertise and experience in project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and internal policies
- Manage project accounting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis
- Support project teams with budgeting and financial performance tracking
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Lead FP&A activities and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Supervise AP, AR, and payroll functions
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Manage cash flow planning and financial risk analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred)
- 58 years of relevant experience, ideally within IT, consulting, or project-based organizations
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced ERP system proficiency and strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
