We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This role will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure strong governance and compliance, and play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA is an advantage).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP/financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
