Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our aluminum, steel, and glass manufacturing and installation company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cost control, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while supporting the company's strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project-based financial management within manufacturing or construction environments, preferably in aluminum, steel, and glass works.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the company.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for each project, including cost tracking, profitability analysis, and variance reporting.
- Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and longterm financial plans.
- Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Analyze project costs, margins, material consumption, and overall profitability for fabrication and installation works.
- Implement and maintain costcontrol systems for project execution and operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and all applicable financial regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement internal financial controls and continuously improve financial processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the construction, aluminum, steel, glass, fabrication, or outdoor design industries.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Strong knowledge of projectbased accounting, including project costing, BOQ analysis, material cost allocation, and profitability tracking.
- Skills in risk management, cost control, and auditing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, strengthen, and enhance financial structures, policies, and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, problemsolving ability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of providing financial insights that support strategic and operational decisionmaking.
