About Our Client
Our client, a Multinational FMCG company is recruiting a Finance Manager to be based out of their offices in Dubai.
Job Description
- Business partner effectively with the leadership team in the CIS region
- Develop and implement strategic business initiatives
- Monitor business performance, analyse deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Develop a strong process for credit control and manage receivables
- Prepare accurate financial reports as per company policy
- Manage the cash flow for the region
- Perform due diligence on future investment opportunities
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement cost saving initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Professional proficiency in Russian and English is a MUST
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance and accounting or related MBA is preferred
- 10+ years of experience, with minimum 5 years in a commercial finance function
- FMCG/Pharma experience is a MUST
