Finance Officer, ADGM

Only candidates who are currently Abu Dhabi based, deeply experienced within ADGM‑regulated Category 4 firms, and already FSRA‑approved/registered will be considered for this mandate.

Pure has been retained by a distinguished firm in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Finance Officer who will steward the firm's financial governance with precision and integrity. This is a rare opportunity to join a notable leadership team within a regulated ADGM environment.

The mandate

The Finance Officer will oversee the firm's financial controls, capital adequacy, and reporting obligations, ensuring full alignment with FSRA standards. This role requires a professional who brings both technical depth and the judgement to operate within a sophisticated regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintain capital adequacy and prudential compliance
• Oversee IFRS‑aligned financial statements
• Manage internal controls, reconciliations, and financial governance
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory stakeholders

The profile we are seeking

• Proven experience within ADGM Category 4 firms
• FSRA‑approved and currently resident in Abu Dhabi
• Accounting/finance qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CA)
• A disciplined, detail‑oriented operator with the confidence to advise senior leadership
