Job Title: Senior Manager Finance

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and provide strategic financial support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Manage accounting operations, including payroll, payments, and reconciliations.
- Lead audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Control costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Supervise and develop the finance team.
- Provide financial advice and analysis to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
- Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 810 years of experience in finance, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Experience in government or semi-government entities is preferred.
- Emirati preferred.
