About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst with experience in the staffing and outsourcing industry. The role involves daily financial operations, data analysis, and preparing clear reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and monthly performance summaries
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle invoicing, payment follow up, and reconciliations
- Track expenses and revenue by project or client
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify financial data
- Assist in improving financial processes and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in staffing or outsourcing
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Solid understanding of AP, AR, and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently
