Job Purpose:
To support the Finance Department in analyzing financial data, preparing accurate reports, and providing insights that enhance decision-making. The role ensures proper budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance tracking, contributing to the overall financial health and efficiency of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
- Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, validating inputs, and preparing financial models
- Analyze financial trends, KPIs, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare profitability analyses for products, services, or business units as required
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect financial and operational data
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial data on ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Provide support during audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation
- Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations to control expenses and improve efficiency
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 24 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, controlling, or similar finance roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and basic accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, charts, functions)
- Experience with financial reporting tools is a plus
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
