Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare management reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
- Enhance financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 14 to 15 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in senior leadership roles.
- Professional accounting certifications are mandatory: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
