We support customers and project stakeholders through a coordinated workflow covering requirement discovery, solution matching, product sourcing, delivery support, and project opportunity follow-up.

In the fire protection field, SolutionMall supports a structured Fire Protection System suite rather than a single product line. The suite combines product catalog resources, technical guidance, and sales playbook materials, covering categories such as miniature fire stations, fire extinguishers, emergency exit lights, emergency alarms, and fire extinguishing cabinets.

2) Role Overview

We are looking for a Fire Protection Specialist – Business Development & Project Coordination to support SolutionMall's business development in Saudi Arabia.

This is a part-time, cooperation-based role, not a traditional full-time office-only position. We are looking for a practical local partner who can work with SolutionMall flexibly to support:

  • local business development
  • customer and partner follow-up
  • fire protection project opportunity tracking
  • basic technical communication
  • quotation, order, and delivery coordination support

This role is not intended to be a pure engineering execution position. It is more suitable for someone who understands the local market, has some familiarity with fire protection or related emergency products, and can help move opportunities forward through customer communication, project coordination, and commercial follow-up.

3) Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop potential customer resources in Saudi Arabia related to fire protection, fire safety, and emergency support products
  • Support market promotion, business negotiation, customer development, and project opportunity tracking
  • Identify local project leads, channel partners, contractors, distributors, traders, and relevant business contacts
  • Help convert market opportunities into qualified RFQ discussions and real project follow-up

This matches SolutionMall's current partner framework, where local partners are authorized to support market promotion, business negotiation, customer development, and project opportunity tracking within the assigned region.

Customer Follow-Up & Project Opportunity Coordination

  • Maintain communication with potential customers and project stakeholders
  • Follow up on project background, customer requirements, and purchasing intentions
  • Assist in collecting key project details for internal review and business coordination
  • Support regular communication between local customers and SolutionMall teams

Technical Communication & Product Alignment

  • Maintain a basic understanding of fire protection and emergency-related product applications
  • Support communication on product categories such as:
  • fire extinguishers
  • miniature fire stations
  • emergency exit lights
  • emergency alarms
  • fire extinguishing cabinets
  • Help connect customer needs with relevant product categories, technical materials, and solution directions
  • Coordinate with SolutionMall teams on requirement clarification and basic solution matching

These categories are already grouped under SolutionMall's Fire Protection System suite and supported by product catalog, resource hub, and sales playbook materials.

Quotation, Order & Delivery Support

  • Support RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, and customer feedback tracking
  • Help follow project opportunities from early-stage communication to later order docking and delivery coordination
  • Assist with internal follow-up on opportunity progress, project verification, and next actions
  • Help maintain visibility on active leads and practical project status

This also aligns with the current cooperation model, where local partners are expected to report market progress, track RFQ opportunities, and cooperate on project verification and order follow-up.

Channel Development & Market Feedback

  • Build and maintain relationships with local customers, channel partners, contractors, and distributors
  • Share market feedback on pricing, customer preferences, competitor activity, and delivery conditions
  • Support SolutionMall in strengthening local market understanding and regional expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia

4) Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • fire protection products
  • fire safety systems
  • emergency-related equipment
  • project sales
  • business development
  • technical-commercial coordination
  • Ability to support customer development, project opportunity follow-up, and local coordination
  • Basic understanding of fire protection or related emergency product applications
  • Good communication skills in both business and technical discussions
  • Comfortable working in a part-time, flexible, cooperation-oriented role
  • Working proficiency in English

Preferred

  • Experience in Saudi Arabia market development, customer visits, or project lead follow-up
  • Familiarity with local contractors, distributors, project buyers, or related channel resources
  • Exposure to products such as extinguishers, emergency lighting, alarms, cabinets, or related supporting products
  • Ability to support both business expansion and practical project coordination
  • Arabic is a strong advantage

5) Coverage

This role focuses on Saudi Arabia and supports local development related to:

  • fire protection products
  • fire safety solutions
  • emergency-related supporting products
  • project-based supply and business opportunities

Depending on actual project and market needs, the selected candidate may support customer communication, opportunity follow-up, and local coordination across different areas of Saudi Arabia.

6) Work Model

This is a part-time role built on a cooperation-based model.

We are looking for someone who can work with SolutionMall on an ongoing basis and contribute through:

  • market development
  • customer follow-up
  • project opportunity tracking
  • technical and commercial coordination
  • RFQ and quotation follow-up
  • order and delivery support

This is consistent with SolutionMall's current partner cooperation model, which is based on regional authorization, ongoing market development, verified RFQ opportunities, and long-term business growth.

7) Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and linked to actual contribution.

It may depend on:

  • market development results
  • customer and opportunity follow-up
  • RFQ conversion
  • project coordination support
  • order and business outcomes
